About the Job

Twilio is looking for a curious, action-oriented Analyst for the Deal Desk Team who embodies the Twilio Magic to support our EMEA Go-to-Market operations. This exciting role offers the opportunity to gain and expand cross-functional interactions and contribute to non-standard commercial agreements or Order Forms (OF). You will work to structure deals to be a ‘Win-Win’ for both customers and Twilio, demonstrating passion, dedication, and the ability to understand complex problems, providing clear explanations and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish trusted relationships with Deal Desk team members, Legal, Billing, Finance, and Sales.
  2. Ensure deal momentum and provide excellent customer service to Sales partners, troubleshooting and resolving issues during peak periods.
  3. Use spreadsheets for data analysis to support deal structuring and pricing for strategic customers.
  4. Educate and guide Sales and GTM teams on contracting policies and processes.
  5. Support quote to signature processes, including CPQ building, pricing, OF creation, Docusign execution, and closing opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with sales to create non-standard contract language requests in compliance with policies, under supervision.
Qualifications

Required:
  1. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus at least 2 years of experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, or related fields; or 4+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
  2. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  3. A proactive, inquisitive attitude with a willingness to ask questions and learn.
  4. Experience with sales and document management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, or JIRA.
Location:

This position is remote, with approximately 5% travel expected.
