The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a Commons Associate - On Call to deliver front of house services while maintaining a safe and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in food service, showcasing strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
You will be responsible for assisting guests at food stations and managing transactions, ensuring a positive experience for a diverse campus community.
This position primarily performs front of the house services and building wide janitorial tasks required. This position calls for someone who has an eye for detail, is a thorough cleaner, understands customer service and possesses the ability to work independently. The ability to work well with others from diverse backgrounds and exemplary organizational, communication and time management skills are a must.
As a vital member of the Dining team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to the campus community and maintaining a safe, efficient operation.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Previous experience in a food service operation desired.
