Entarian, headquartered at Fort Bragg, NC, seeks an Intermediate Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead/Program Manager to supervise a talented team delivering cloud-based solutions for Windows servers, VMware, and related platforms.

In this role you will review SLAs and cost estimates, act as the main customer liaison, and guide technical staff to ensure successful project execution and strong operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience with Common Cloud Environment (C2E).
• PMP Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical PMs delivering C2E customer projects within AWS/Azure environments.
• Review all SLAs, addendums, and cost estimates prepared for customer projects.
• Serve as the principal liaison with C2E customers, providing day-to-day technical/professional guidance.

Position is contingent upon contract award and funding.

Entarian is looking for a Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead/Program Manager - Intermediate supporting the ALTESS Windows team in a mixed and growing environment currently supporting functional teams and customers that utilize MS Windows server 2019/2022, MS SQL 2019, MS Windows 11, VMWare 7.x., OEL 8x-9x, and Oracle Operating systems.

The Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Under direct supervision of Services Management Division Chief, oversees the management of a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers who implement, manage, and administer all Common Cloud Environment (C2E) customer projects within the AWS/Azure cloud environments
• Reviews all Service Level Agreements (SLA), Addendums, and cost estimates prepared for customer projects
• Serves as the principal point of representation and liaison with C2E customers on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise

Salary range: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00

Minimum Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, related scientific or technical discipline
• Experience with Common Cloud Environment (C2E)
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or DAWIA Level III in Program Management)
• Position requires the ability to relate to customers in a professional manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects
