Job summary

ERT, Inc. is seeking a Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead/Program Manager - Intermediate to oversee cloud projects for the ALTESS Windows team, coordinating engineers and PMs to ensure on-time delivery within AWS/Azure environments.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, PMP or DAWIA III, and hands-on experience with Windows Server, SQL, VMware, and Oracle, with a Fort Bragg base and a secondary site in Radford, VA. This is a full-time position with benefits and retirement match.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.

• PMP Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management required.
• Ability to relate to customers in a professional manner.
• Experience leading multiple large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers delivering C2E projects within AWS/Azure.
• Review SLAs, addendums, and cost estimates for customer projects.
• Serve as principal liaison with C2E customers and provide day-to-day technical guidance.

Salary range: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00

Entarian is looking for a Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead/Program Manager - Intermediate to support the ALTESS Windows team in a mixed and growing environment currently supporting functional teams and customers that utilize MS Windows server 2019/2022, MS SQL 2019, MS Windows 11, VMWare 7.x., OEL 8x-9x, and Oracle Operating systems.

Position is contingent upon contract award and funding.

Job Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision of Services Management Division Chief, oversees the management of a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers who implement, manage, and administer all Common Cloud Environment (C2E) customer projects within the AWS/Azure cloud environments
• Reviews all Service Level Agreements (SLA), Addendums, and cost estimates prepared for customer projects
• Serves as the principal point of representation and liaison with C2E customers on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise

Minimum Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, related scientific or technical discipline
• Experience with Common Cloud Environment (C2E)
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or DAWIA Level III in Program Management)
• Ability to relate to customers in a professional manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects
