Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain cleanliness of common areas at our Pensacola Beach location. Responsibilities include cleaning breezeways, stairwells, pool areas and restrooms, and following comprehensive cleaning schedules to ensure hygience and safety.

The role requires basic maintenance skills and the ability to operate floor cleaning equipment. High school diploma is required, and the job emphasizes a high degree of autonomy with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean all common areas including breezeways, stairwells, pool area and pool restrooms.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cleaning lists as assigned.
• Unload trucks, move materials, storm preparation, and other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Hours/Days: Friday-Tuesday, 9 am to 5 pm. Off days: Wednesday and Thursday

• Summary of the main function/purpose of the position: The main responsibility of this position is to maintain proper cleanliness of the common areas.

• Cleaning of all common areas, including but not limited to: Breezeways, stairwells,
• Pool area and pool restrooms cleaning
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual cleaning lists as assigned by the supervisor and/or managers

Occasional duties or projects which may be performed at irregular intervals:

• Unloading trucks
• Moving material
• Storm preparation
• Other duties as assigned by the management

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk.
