Hours/Days: 2 PM - 10:30 PM. Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Off Tuesday and Wednesday.

2 PM - 10:30 PM. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Off Sunday and Monday.

• Summary of the main function/purpose of the position:The main responsibility of this position is to maintain proper cleanliness of the common areas in each tower floor, P, 1, 2, 3, 4, and the pool deck. Occasional maintenance of the common areas
• Occasional parking garage cleaning
• Pool area and pool restroom cleaning
• Grounds cleaning
• Maintain cleaning carts
• Removal of garbage
• Common area maintenance

Occasional duties or projects which may be performed at irregular intervals:

• Unloading trucks
• Moving material
• Storm preparation
• Other duties as assigned by the management
