Job summary

Premier Island Management Group is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of all common areas across our property. The role covers breezeways, stairwells, pool area and restrooms, with daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedules and strict safety expectations.

Hours are Friday to Tuesday, 9 am to 5 pm, with Wednesday and Thursday off. A high school diploma is required; you will work with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks, unloading trucks when needed and assisting with storm

• General cleaning skills, basic maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of all common areas, including breezeways, stairwells, pool area and pool restrooms.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual cleaning lists as assigned by the supervisor and/or managers.
• Unloading trucks.
• Moving material.
• Storm preparation.
• Other duties as assigned by the management.

Job description
