Job summary

Premier Island Management Group in Pensacola, FL is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of all common areas within the property. You will perform routine cleaning tasks across breezeways, stairwells, pool areas and restrooms, following comprehensive cleaning schedules on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

Hours are Friday through Tuesday, 9 am to 5 pm with Wednesday and Thursday off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• General cleaning skills and basic maintenance abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean all common areas including breezeways, stairwells, pool area and pool restrooms.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cleaning lists as directed.
• Unloading trucks and moving material as required.
• Storm preparation and other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Summary of the main function/purpose of the position: The main responsibility of this position is to maintain proper cleanliness of the common areas.

• Cleaning of all common areas, including but not limited to: Breezeways, stairwells,
• Pool area and pool restrooms cleaning
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual cleaning lists as assigned by the supervisor and/or managers

Occasional duties or projects which may be performed at irregular intervals:

• Unloading trucks
• Moving material
• Storm preparation
• Other duties as assigned by the management

V. Educational and/or equivalence in experience requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk.
