Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Spotsylvania County, VA, is seeking a Common Area Attendant for the 2nd shift to clean lobby areas, restrooms, and resort spaces, ensuring they are well maintained and guest-ready.

The role supports our Lead with Love culture and requires a courteous, guest-focused approach. Pay rate is $14-$15 per hour, with duties starting as early as September. A high school diploma is preferred and hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Vacuum guest corridors, stairwells, and keep hallways, public areas, and closets neat, organized, and up to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public restrooms.

Common Area Attendant - 2 nd Shift

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aCommon Area Attendant for 2 nd Shift.In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning of the resort's communal area spaces, such as lobby areas, public restrooms, and exceptional areas in the resort. Additionally, you’ll be expected to keep these spaces well maintained, clean, and ready in a timely manner for guest usage.
