Your responsibilities will include investigating and verifying borrowing base valuations and calculations by drawing on a wide range of data sources, including independent third‑party information, to support your findings and conclusions. You will perform integrity controls and compliance checks against applicable credit agreements, track cash conversions of invoicing and confirm these against external statements, reconcile reported inventory against warehouse receipts and perform additional detailed controls to confirm the existence and validity of collateral.

You will also prepare monthly reporting to communicate validation outcomes, partner with relationship teams to develop appropriate validation processes for new credit transactions and support the systematic tracking and reporting of financing facility covenants. In addition, you will coordinate the scheduling and review of collateral and borrowing base audits, helping to ensure that findings are appropriately assessed and incorporated into ongoing monitoring and control activities.

A key part of your role will be supporting the continued transition toward greater automation, helping to move activities away from manual data extraction and processing and toward analytical review, exception management and risk‑based decision‑making. Throughout this transition, you will help ensure that appropriate validation, controls and human oversight remain in place.
