Job summary

Coffeyville Resources Crude Transportation is seeking an Actualization Specialist to ensure accurate and timely actualization of commodity trades in the RightAngle ETRM system. You will coordinate with Front, Middle, and Back-Office teams to align physical movements with trading positions and support invoicing and financial reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, strong data-entry and communication skills, and the ability to adapt schedules to business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• Experience with actualization and inventory management is preferred.
• Fluent English communication and strong data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-functional communication across Front, Middle and Back-Office teams.
• Reconcile nominated schedules with delivered quantities; coordinate with schedulers and traders.
• Enter and validate actualized volumes, dates, and details in RightAngle; update BOLs and inventory transfers.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and manage reference data; ensure data integrity.
• Support accurate invoicing, timely payables, and reliable P&L reporting; drive process improvements.
