Job summary

CVR Energy, Inc. is seeking an Actualization Specialist to accurately and timely update commodity trades in the RightAngle ETRM system.

You will ensure reconciliation between physical movements and trading positions, supporting accurate invoicing and financial reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance and 2+ years in settlements or volume actualization, with strong data entry, problem-solving, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Understanding of commodity actualization processes, including nominations and scheduling.
• 2+ years of experience with settlements or volume actualization.
• Data entry and reconciliation with high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration across Front, Middle and Back-Office teams to record all commodity movements.
• Reconcile nominated/scheduled movements with actual deliveries or receipts; work with schedulers and traders.
• Enter and validate volumes, dates, and details in RightAngle across transport modes; update BOLs to support payment terms.
• Contribute to process improvements for automation, accuracy, and efficiency in actualization.
• Maintain and govern reference data in RightAngle (pricing, locations, products) with stakeholders.
• Document actualization procedures and handle exceptions clearly.
