Job summary

CVR Partners, LP is seeking an Actualization Specialist to ensure accurate and timely actualization of commodity trades in the RightAngle ETRM system. The role interfaces with Front, Middle, and Back-Office teams to align physical movements with trading positions and support invoicing and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 2+ years in settlements or volume actualization, with strong data entry and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience with settlements and/or volume actualization.
• Understanding of commodity actualization processes including nominations, scheduling, inventory management, and gain/loss calculations.
• Data entry and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration across Front, Middle, and Back-Office teams to document commodity movements.
• Reconcile nominated and scheduled movements with actual deliveries/receipts with schedulers and traders.
• Enter and validate actualized volumes, dates, and related details into RightAngle across transportation modes.
• Contribute to process improvements for automation and data accuracy in RightAngle.
• Maintain reference data governance (pricing, locations, products) and ensure data completeness.
• Document actualization procedures and exceptions.
