Job summary

Integrity, LLC, a leading life and health insurance distributor, seeks a meticulous Commission Analyst to oversee the sales commission process. You will pull together commission and client reports, organize data, and ensure weekly imports are accurate and timely.

You will identify discrepancies in sales reporting, maintain records, and drive improvements in commission plans across business units while supporting agent needs.

Qualifications

• Business Administration or Accounting degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in commissions or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tooling.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data work.
• Clear communication with management and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and apply sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, administer, and verify sales commissions per incentive plans.
• Organize data from multiple sources and validate before import.
• Maintain records of all commission transactions and results.
• Understand commission plans across business units.
• Audit reports from carriers to confirm accuracy and eligibility.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team.
• Refine reporting and data structures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure commission cycles and procedures follow company timelines.
• Manage monthly carrier payments and assist agents with carrier rules.
• Perform other duties to support the team as needed.
