Job summary

American Senior Benefits, an Integrity company, seeks a Commissions Accounting Manager to oversee a team of 10–15 analysts and ensure accurate commission processing across carriers and agents. You will reconcile statements, input data into the Agency Management System, generate timely reports, and communicate with insurers to resolve discrepancies.

Strong leadership, analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Mathematics, Accounting or related field preferred.
• CPA and insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills required.
• Ability to lead and coach a team of analysts.

Responsibilities

• Review commission statements and input into the Agency Management System.
• Reconcile commission payments and identify differences.
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve issues.
• Generate reports on commission payments and balances.
• Lead a commissions team of 10–15 analysts and provide coaching.
• Develop or improve operating procedures for accurate accounting.
• Perform complex financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
