Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Commissions Analyst to ensure commission record accuracy, support system enhancements, and provide top-notch service to the Sales floor regarding commission inquiries.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration to identify, prevent, and resolve commission-related issues, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills to simplify complex calculations for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in AR, payroll, or payment processing a plus.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Exceptional telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commission records for accuracy and process corrections as needed.
• Streamline routine analysis and reports for commissions.
• Evaluate commission guidelines periodically and suggest improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate periodic records of commissions and continuously improve spreadsheets and reporting as assigned.
• Develop knowledge of other business areas (Billing, Sales, Financial Accounting, etc.) as they relate to commissions to recognize connections and work effectively with other groups.
• Be proactive about potential issues by addressing them early with management.
• Provide outstanding customer service to sales floor as well as other customers.
• Explain complex commission calculations in a way others can easily comprehend.

About the role:

As a Commissions Analyst for TQL, you will ensure commission record accuracy, recommend system developments, and provide customer service to the Sales floor regarding commission inquiries.
