Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a qualified leader for the Quality and Commissioning team to optimize construction quality and the commissioning process for data centers. You will act as the site-level owner contact, ensuring program requirements are met through proactive management, technical oversight and diligent reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commissioning teams in data centers or similar facilities.
• Proven ability to track progress and report on milestones.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Experience directing general contractors and engineers on site.
• Ability to adjust schedules and resources under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site-level single point of contact for Owner Quality and Commissioning.
• Ensure program requirements are met through proactive management and oversight.
• Develop and promote a quality culture to support timely delivery of the data center.
• Coordinate with external contractors and internal teams to align sequencing.
• Maintain rigorous reporting on status, risks, and changes.

Skills and Requirements

Strong Data Center Experience

3-5 years of Team lead experience

Very Organized, detail-oriented

Strong software experience, tracking, reporting, etc.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering

Strong leadership background to lead external general contractors, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and internal company operations teams

Ability to work under tight deadlines and can adapt and adjust scheduling, sequences of commissioning, and resources
