Commissioning Owner’s Representative

12‑Month Contract + extensions
Onsite in Haskell, TX
$70.00/hr – $75.00/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of commissioning experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering
• Proven ability to lead medium‑sized teams (5–10 people), delegate tasks, and break down goals
• Skilled in project scheduling: can read schedules, identify gaps, and accelerate timelines under pressure
• Ability to coordinate contractors and CXA, dig into requirements, and maintain a rational, big‑picture approach
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable presenting to groups and taking initiative
• Self‑sufficient and proactive in driving project progress
• Experience with large‑scale projects
• Proficient in Primavera P6, spreadsheets, and Gantt chart interpretation
• Ability to read between the lines of schedules and adjust sequencing/resources as needed

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
• Data center experience or similar mission‑critical environments
• Experience in large enterprise organizations
