- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to support large-scale data center programs through commissioning strategy, systems readiness planning, operational validation, turnover management, stakeholder coordination, and program leadership.
This individual will serve as the primary leader for commissioning-related planning and coordination activities, ensuring critical infrastructure systems are aligned with program milestones, testing requirements, operational objectives, and turnover readiness goals. The Commissioning Manager will partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, Scheduling teams, Project Controls, Design Consultants, Equipment Vendors, Controls Teams, and Client Stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience supporting commissioning, mission-critical infrastructure, data centers, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor facilities, healthcare infrastructure, or other highly technical environments, including experience leading commissioning efforts on large-scale programs valued at $100M+.
This is an office-based position focused on planning, coordination, reporting, documentation management, commissioning leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commissioning strategy and planning efforts throughout the program lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for commissioning-related activities across project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain commissioning execution plans, readiness strategies, testing roadmaps, and turnover initiatives.
- Support alignment of commissioning milestones with overall program objectives and delivery requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction to commissioning engineers, project engineers, consultants, vendors, and support teams.
- Facilitate collaboration across project management, scheduling, procurement, engineering, controls, and client organizations.
- Develop commissioning schedules, milestone trackers, readiness reports, and system acceptance plans.
- Establish commissioning workflows and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate system readiness reviews and turnover planning activities.
- Monitor progress toward startup, testing, validation, commissioning, and turnover milestones.
- Identify and elevate program risks that could impact operational readiness or milestone achievement.
- Ensure commissioning plans align with critical project dependencies and program objectives.
