Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in design, construction and commissioning of projects overseen by the capital program.
• Facilitates commissioning of new and renovated systems and tests functionality.
• Manages projects with outside consultants to ensure quality and schedule.
• Assists operations staff in troubleshooting system issues.
• Supports replacement or upgrade of building systems and equipment.
• Reviews campus automation systems and suggests improvements.
• Participates in project budgeting and cost considerations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
