Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC, or a construction-related field.
• Commissioning Certification (BCxP, CxA, CxT, CCP, etc.) preferred, not required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and control systems; familiar with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret design documents and specifications, with emphasis on operations and controls.
• Willingness to travel to different project locations in the DMV region as required.
