Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to support multiple utility-scale PV and battery storage projects across North America. You will coordinate with project teams, engineers of record and subcontractors to finalize and transmit commissioning documentation on schedule.

This role requires up to 75% travel, a BA/BS in engineering, and experience with PV and storage systems. Competitive compensation and annual bonus eligibility are offered for on-site work in project

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Travel to US construction sites up to 75% required.
• Experience with photovoltaic and battery storage systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical contracting industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project locations as needed (up to 75%).
• Read and interpret PV, storage, and substation drawings and specs.
• Lead commissioning activities and coordinate with CEI project teams and subcontractors.
• Develop documentation and ensure timely transmission of commissioning data.
