Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders in Boston, MA seeks a Commissioning & Energy Project Manager to deliver Cx/EBCx services across design, construction and post-occupancy. You will manage projects to on-time, in-budget completion, producing reports and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/electrical/facilities engineering background, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of the New England region; PE/EIT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or facilities engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant commissioning/energy project experience.
• Strong reading of drawings/specs and ability to solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; effective team player.
• Knowledge of New England area; EIT or PE preferred.

Colliers Project Leaders is currently looking for a Commissioning & Energy Project Manager to join our team in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide Cx/EBCx services through all phases (design, construction, and post-occupancy; planning, investigation, implementation, turnover, and persistence).
• Manage projects to completion, on-time, within budget, and within scope of work and are able to independently produce reports, summaries, and briefings.
• Effectively lead communications within a project team and successfully manage multiple clients at once.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read/understand technical materials (i.e. drawings, specs, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in problem solving skills, planning and organizing, decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), facilitation, and team work capabilities.
• Knowledge of New England area.
• EIT or PE preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
