Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders, a part of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking a Commissioning & Energy Project Manager in Boston, MA. You will lead Cx/EBCx services across design, construction, and occupancy phases, ensuring energy efficiency and performance.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical/electrical facilities engineering, 5+ years experience, and excellent communication. Knowledge of NE markets and PE/EIT credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Engineering required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read/understand technical materials (i.e. drawings, specs, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in problem solving, planning and organizing, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), facilitation, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of New England area.
• EIT or PE preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Cx/EBCx services through all phases (design, construction, and post-occupancy; planning, investigation, implementation, turnover, and persistence).
• Manage projects to completion, on-time, within budget, and within scope of work and are able to independently produce reports, summaries, and briefings.

Compensation

Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
