Colliers Project Leaders in Madison, CT is seeking a Commissioning & Energy Project Manager to lead Cx/EBCx efforts across design, construction, and post-occupancy phases. You will manage multiple clients, coordinate with engineers and sustainability professionals, and deliver reports to maximize system performance and energy savings.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience; EIT or PE is preferred.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read/understand technical materials (drawings, specs).
• Demonstrated problem solving, planning & organizing, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide Cx/EBCx services through all project phases (design, construction, post-occupancy).
• Manage projects to completion on time, within budget and scope; produce reports and briefs.

Colliers Project Leaders is currently looking for a Commissioning & Energy Project Manager to join our team in Madison, CT.

Responsibilities

• Provide Cx/EBCx services through all phases (design, construction, and post-occupancy; planning, investigation, implementation, turnover, and persistence).
• Manage projects to completion, on-time, within budget, and within scope of work and are able to independently produce reports, summaries, and briefings.
• Effectively lead communications within a project team and successfully manage multiple clients at once.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
