Job summary

Warners' Stellian is seeking an Appliance Specialist to join our growing team in Minnesota. Earn $100K+ per year in our busy stores, with base plus commission and a supportive culture focused on customer solutions.

You will connect with customers, present tailored solutions, manage the full sales process from quotes to delivery, and build lasting relationships. Weekend availability and some travel for training are required.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Weekend availability, every other weekend (Sat 9am–5pm; Sun 12pm–5pm).
• Willing to travel occasionally for training.
