Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory functions.
• Possibility to grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to existing customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to expand loyal customer base.
