Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative on the Commissions Phone Team to support Aetna's agent community with commission inquiries, statements, payments, and records. You will handle calls, email, and written correspondence, researching concerns and delivering accurate resolutions.

In this role you will educate agents on commission processes, collaborate with internal teams, and document interactions with precision across multiple systems in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, office, healthcare, insurance, financial services, or related environment.
• Experience handling customer inquiries by phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and data entry into multiple systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist agents via phone, email, and written correspondence to resolve commission-related inquiries.
• Research and provide accurate information on commissions, statements, payments, and agent records.
• Educate agents on commission processes and policies and guide them through available tools and resources.
• Document all agent interactions and resolutions accurately in departmental systems.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely and effective support.
