Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a motivated Shoes Sales Associate to provide personalized shoe sales and styling support in-store and online, while building lasting customer relationships.

You will meet and exceed sales goals using product knowledge, selling tools, and exceptional customer service, with opportunities to open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and help customers find the perfect fit. The role includes standing 6–8 hours per shift and light merchandising responsibilities.
