We are seeking motivated individuals interested in a rewarding career in insurance with high earning potential and growth opportunities. Our agency specializes in various insurance products, including life, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, and index universal life.
First-time agents can earn between $75,000 and $150,000 annually, even without prior sales experience, thanks to our proven system and lead generation methods that eliminate cold calling.
Ideal candidates possess a growth mindset, resilience, positivity, self-motivation, coachability, a strong work ethic, and alignment with our core values. We are looking for individuals willing to invest in their personal and professional development, not those seeking a fixed salary or unwilling to work independently.
Requirements include a laptop or computer with a video camera, high-speed internet, a smartphone, and an active insurance license (we can assist in obtaining one).
This is a 100% commission-based role, with additional incentives such as up to $7,000 in cash bonuses and an all-expenses-paid trip valued at $8,000 based on sales within the first 90 days. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing regional and national training sessions, opportunities for advancement, and the option for remote work.
