Synapse Tech8 is an AI-powered CRM software system dedicated to streamlining and automating the process of acquiring and retaining clients for local mom and pop businesses. Our system helps generate leads through organic traffic and supports lead nurturing through automation.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote commission-based role for a Sales and Marketing Associate. The Associate will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, client screening, and sales management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

The role also requires generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, presenting product demos, negotiating and closing sales deals, and maintaining customer relationships. The salesperson will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Experience with Klaviyo is a MUST for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background, tenacity, results-driven, organized, and excellent customer service skills
• Must be available to be contracted out when requested
• Expertise in sales techniques and sales management
• Experience in training individuals or teams
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Proficiency in video conferencing, sales calls, and demo software
• Excellent priority management skills
• Previous experience in telemarketing, email marketing, and one-on-one customer service is a plus
