Job summary

Arun George is seeking a Commission Sales Agent to join the team in a hybrid work setup. The role focuses on outbound calls, product explanations, and follow-ups to close sales.

A mandatory 5-day in-person training is provided at the office, and a monthly sales review meeting is held on-site. Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, and English is required, with handy skills in using a smartphone, WhatsApp, email, and Google Sheets for daily tasks.

• Enthusiastic, disciplined, and comfortable working in a target-oriented role.
• General knowledge of construction and/or landscaping will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a high energy, motivated and capable Commission Sales Agent to join our team. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable and confident in sales, and is willing to work consistently towards realizing sales.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads provided by the company through telephone calls.
• Explain the product, its features, and benefits clearly to potential customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and work towards closing sales.
• Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email as required.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and keep customer information updated.

Compensation and Support

• Fixed pay: 9,000 per month, guaranteed.
• Additional sales commissions based on sales achieved.
• A phone with a SIM card will be provided for work-related communication.
• 3 days of in-person training will be provided.
