Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional to join our team on a commission-only basis. As a Sales Representative in the recruiting and staffing industry, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building lasting relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at companies across various industries.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of your sales activities, prospects, and closed deals using our CRM system, and provide regular updates on your sales pipeline.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to strategically position our services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the recruiting, staffing, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently in a commission-only environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
