Job summary

Millennial Assistants seeks a self-driven Sales Representative to sell our Zoho-based automation services. This remote, commission-only role lets you design your own sales processes and own the entire cycle from prospecting to closing.

You will identify leads without provided tools and build relationships with clients, focusing on sales automation and CRM setups. A proven tech/SaaS sales background and US-based residency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales with a track record of closing deals in tech, SaaS, or business services.
• Self-starter with autonomy in managing end-to-end sales processes.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Based in the United States and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement your own sales strategies and processes to effectively sell Millennial Assistants’ services.
• Identify, generate, and nurture leads independently – no leads or prospecting tools are provided.
• Present and promote our services to prospective clients, with a focus on sales automation, CRM setups, and business process optimizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with or without support from the CEO.
• Stay informed on industry trends, Zoho platform developments, and competitor activities to enhance your sales approach.

We are seeking a self-driven Sales Representative who will not only sell our services but also develop and implement their own sales processes. This commission-only role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who thrive with independence and are comfortable managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English , with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate your own leads and manage outreach efforts.
• Familiarity with Zoho products or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Must be based in the United States.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with competitive commissions based on closed sales. High achievers can expect uncapped earning potential and performance-based bonuses.
