SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management in Chattanooga, TN is seeking experienced commercial real estate brokers to join a collaborative, fast-growing sales team as Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent. This full-time, commission-only, 1099 role offers uncapped earnings and a path to six figures within months with hard work.

You will be backed by a national brand, access to training, mentoring, and a suite of research tools, with office hours and in-person work at Market Street.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Real Estate License or working toward license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Preferred proficiency in Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs, etc)

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative, fast-growing sales team as a Commercial Real Estate advisor.
• Engage in prospecting, client development, and market outreach to generate opportunities.
• Support driving deals from initial outreach to closing with strong follow-up and reliability.
• Participate in training and mentoring programs to build a long-term, six-figure career.
