Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives by building relationships and delivering expert training. You will develop safe, personalized programs, conduct consultations, and promote PT services to drive member success.

Responsibilities include guiding sessions, ensuring safety on equipment, maintaining certifications, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance member experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer; CPR and AED certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on equipment use.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on certifications and industry trends.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field
