Verizon is hiring for a full-time retail sales position in our stores. You will engage customers, uncover needs, and present solutions, driving sales while delivering top-notch service.

The role offers a base hourly wage with potential commissions based on sales goals. You’ll participate in ongoing training and development and have opportunities to grow your customer base through community engagement and off-site events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete solution.
• Close sales using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and upskilling in merchandising and inventory.
