Job summary

Gold Coast Linen is seeking a Route Service Specialist to deliver our linens to customers, collect soiled textiles, and manage inventory. CDL is not required, but you should have experience driving 18 to 26 ft box trucks and a clean driving record.

This position operates on a 100% commission plan with a minimum gross weekly income of $900. As routes grow, weekly earnings increase, offering a rewarding entry point into the business and opportunities to learn and advance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Two years of driving experience with 18–26 ft box trucks.
• Clean driving record with no speeding or safety violations.
• Pass background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug test.
• Excellent English communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver linens to customers and collect soiled textiles.
• Verify inventory at each location.
• Manage customer payments and complete route paperwork.
• Generate leads for new products and services.
• Sell other products to existing accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at the time of service.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean, daily-inspected vehicle.
• Tag customer bags and unload soiled textiles at facility.
