Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an energetic Pilates Instructor to design and deliver client-centered programs, leading private and group sessions while ensuring safety and engagement. You will assess client goals, provide guidance, and promote our fitness offerings within a supportive studio environment.

Ideal candidates will have Pilates trainer certification, CPR/AED, and at least 1 year of PT experience. A high school diploma is required; college degree in related field is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pilates program design experience required.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to assist and instruct in group and private Pilates sessions.
• Knowledge of safety standards for Pilates equipment and sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors clients during sessions for safe equipment use.
• Conducts fitness consultations with goal setting for Pilates training.
• Promotes Pilates training programs, Group Fitness, and Personal Training to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Keeps current on certifications and industry trends.
• Educates members on health and fitness topics.
