Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with mortgage production experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and investor guidelines.
• Ability to develop external business via referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data for qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates progress.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops detailed marketing plan and maintains relationships with real estate professionals.
• Makes sales calls and cross-sells bank products.
