Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and determines qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates progress.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops detailed marketing plans and identifies potential customers.
• Answers calls and discusses loan products and qualification information.
• Makes sales calls to develop or retain business.
• Cross-sells other bank products and services.
• Reads surveys and appraisals and addresses encroachments/violations.
• Participates in networking to promote loan products.
