Nordstrom in Palo Alto is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to deliver exceptional fashion guidance and create confident, stylish experiences for every customer. You will build lasting relationships, meet sales goals, and thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

In this role across departments, you’ll leverage digital selling tools and a team-oriented mindset to support customers, manage inventory, and stay ahead of trends while maintaining flexible hours including

Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
Offer honest style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
Set and achieve personal sales goals.
Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking and re-merchandising.
Stay current on product knowledge and trends.
Show up for your team and maintain a positive environment.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
