Job summary

C&T Siding and Windows is seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales consultant to guide homeowners through important decisions, from the first conversation through project completion. You’ll educate clients, design the right siding and window solutions, and deliver an exceptional experience while meeting sales targets in a commission-based role backed by ongoing training and proven systems.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic, outgoing and dynamic personality.
• Proven successful track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Experience with CRM programs.
• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid logic/reasoning to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
• Maintain an organized approach to territory, with ongoing status knowledge of current customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Communicate effectively to Sales Director/Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
