Job summary

Point32Health seeks a detail‑oriented professional to manage monthly broker and internal sales commissions, incentives and bonuses. You will partner with IT and business units to ensure timely payments, accurate data, and audit readiness, while supporting compensation program changes and system improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and advanced Excel skills to reconcile memb​ership and premium data. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and independent judgment required.
• Ability to interpret complex data and run reconciliations.
• Experience with multiple systems and data inputs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely calculation and disbursement of commission payments to Brokers and internal sales teams.
• Maintain audit reports, data input, reconciliations and analysis for monthly commissions.
• Review complex system adjustments and respond to service requests and audits.
• Support annual compensation plan testing and training for staff.
• Coordinate documentation and policy updates for broker compensation.
