• Calculate, administer, and verify sales commissions per incentive plans and policies.
• Organize and validate data from multiple sources before importing into the commission system.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all commission-related transactions.
• Develop understanding of commission plans across business units.
• Audit commission and sales reports from carriers for accuracy and eligibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve commission processes and reporting.
• Enhance data structures and reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure all cycles, schedules, and procedures follow policy and timelines.
• Manage monthly carrier commissions, audit data, and assist agents with carrier rules.
