Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Commission Analyst to maintain the company’s commission system and handle processing for branch offices and field force.

The role requires coordination with carriers, partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate commissions and timely reporting. Responsibilities include data import, issue resolution, and support for commissions while collaborating on special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Three or more years of commission experience with an insurance carrier or securities broker/dealer.
• Ability to read, write and communicate English effectively.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Commissions Systems: Act as the first point of commission escalation for the Company with internal and external partners; conduct trainings; manage data; reconcile deposits and import data into the system.
• Commissions Processing: Source, import, and manage commission data; reconcile entries; resolve issues; provide support related to commissions.
• Special Projects: Collaborate on internal/external committees; assist with management requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
