Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Commissary Night Admin to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties to help the organization run efficiently.

Pay $17.00 - $17.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Complete daily tasks, including answering phones and emails, screening callers, and managing documents
• Provide basic administrative support, which includes coordinating activities and meetings, processing invoices, and contacting team members
• Perform routine clerical duties, such as reviewing mail, making copies, and mailing letters
• Oversee vendor appointments, maintenance, and environmental upkeep for offices

More about you

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures and the use and operation of standard office equipment
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills
