• 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Basic computer skills to process orders and invoicing.
• Evaluates situations and if necessary selects alternative courses.
• Maintains composure and objectivity under pressure; active listening to understand concerns.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the commissary team and training.
• Process orders, orders supplies and products and manage invoicing.
• Help manage production, repairs, and maintenance.
• Teach, coach and mentor others to maintain high standards.
• Understand and follow company regulations, policies and goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the commissary.
• Communicate with GM and risk management as needed.
• Maintain good vendor relationships.
