Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful experience in kitchen operation (line cooking, merchandising, ordering, inventory, pricing).
• 3-5 years of professional cooking experience in the food industry.
• Complete training in the kitchen operation.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work a schedule based on store needs.
• Authorized to work within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Commit to the 'Golden Rule' and work with associates to build a strong kitchen team.
• Maintain high associate morale and teamwork (RSTO).
• Provide attentive customer service at the service counter and assist with questions about food products.
• Greet, assist, and thank customers, and prepare special orders as requested.
• Answer product questions and help customers find or choose products.
• Work with kitchen manager on daily meals/menus planning.
• Ensure outstanding product quality and presentation with kitchen manager.
• Process merchandise per production guidelines and sanitation standards.
