Job summary

La Farm seeks a full-time team member to support multiple stations in our cafe and catering operations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality food, maintaining safety and sanitation, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have culinary experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. The position offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team that values learning and community engagement.

• Must be able to work effectively in a confined area.
• Knowledge of weights, volume, and cooking procedures.

• Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitask.
• Flexibility required: Weekends required, holiday work required, two days off (not consecutive).

Other Essential Duties:

• Operations Systems & Procedures
• Safely and properly use equipment for café menu items.
• Responsible for all aspects of assigned station.
• Completes daily checklists.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains utensils and tools.
• Communicate with team and manager.
• Ensure overall unit safety and sanitation goals and policies.
• Maintain grade “A” or better by beating health and sanitation inspection standards.
• Uphold company standards and policies for opening/closing.
• Ensure safe working conditions and comply with all laws.
